Classic session. Super simple. The end result being you have a better understanding of your current time for a 5K. Work hard and ideally finish each rep a few seconds quicker than your current 5k pace.

Tuesday evening in the park if you can make it? Should be a good session.

Yeah the heat always makes it much tougher so sometimes in those situations it’s good to drop the pace a little and just keeping working hard. Well done though.
