8 x 100 metre Strides (RPE: 8)
60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

Even if you do strides before AC, they are worth doing again here.

It was warm, but really enjoyed this one, got eight miles Done, maybe a bit quick with the heat, but when you’re loving it, You just want to go with the pace!

As long as the RPE is down, you can’t go quick. Some days a 3/10 will be much quicker than others so good to go with the flow and glad you enjoyed it.
