Pushing beyond that 2 hour barrier is a good mental win. Important to be fuelling and staying hydrated on these runs.

Nick led a tough run today. I forgot to start my watch so I’m missing the first mile but it was definitely over 130 mins of running. A lot of hils so I was doing a higher RPE, not easy pace!
