Shame about the traffic issues, but was good to get this done with Dave and a few others at the Polegrove. Felt a lot better with myself after getting the reps done in good paces, and the legs feel surprisingly well!

Yeah it’s great you all managed to team up and really pleasing for me that the Training Group on WhatsApp is working well in that sense. To be able to smash this session out 2 days after RAT is very impressive and again shows just how good your fitness, but also your strength right now for the muscles to recovery that quickly and go again. Honestly love where you’re at right now with your running and important to really cherish that. Great work Jamie.
