Struggled to get to the gym this week and have rescheduled and rescheduled. Didn’t want to miss it so just done a little home workout. RDL’s Good Morning’s Hamstring heel slides Hamstring stretch

No worries. I do have some pre created sessions for those of us that workout at home (all done to time). So if you can’t make the gym or circuits I can schedule one of those. Or if you ever want to do some extra S&C. They’re only 10-15 mins and worth 3-5 points so just a little addition to the training rather than a game changer. But little and often can have a bit effect over several months.
