I didn’t get this in. We were up at 3am to travel home from Ireland. Got back to Etta and straight into family plans with Dex family. I had every intention but i was just so exhausted. I decided not too beat myself up too much about it and see Monday as a fresh start and properly getting back into the swing of things with my training now i’m recovered from covid/the ultra and not going to be travelling for a while.

No worries at all. This is a long plan we are on and the ultra was always going to be the main focus for the first few weeks. Good to get that ticked off and then as you say, start a fresh. I saw that your cousin (that’s right I believe?) ran a 2:19 recently. Insane.
