13 mi total including 5k club handicap, torrential rain, flooded roads and plenty of hills, 3rd place finish.

That weather passed us around 8:30 and it was awful. Luckily our local race didn’t start until 11. But really well done today Adam. 3rd place is fantastic and shows how well you are running. That pace given the conditions is really impressive. Just feels like you’re running really well right now and have laid down a great foundation to go into the big marathon block.
