Pushing beyond that 2 hour barrier is a good mental win. Important to be fuelling and staying hydrated on these runs.

Another solid long run. 3 gels. At the start, 40 mins and 80 mins. You’ll stomach will slowly start to adapt.

Early morning run, put my old runners on , they have a bigger heel felf more comfortable, windy in parts kept going even pace . No niggles
