I’ve got 140 mins Saturday too if you did want to run together? Not someone we do very often I realised when posting this. I would put my speed shoes on not to slow you down. I’d quite like to incorporate parkrun but open to suggestions. Also totally respect if you had other plans. I do tend to talk some bollocks on long runs and wonder if I am just annoying people 😂🤦♂️
