Was tough but held my own! Ended up being a full on day. Did a 5k after which although tired felt better than the attempt from last week. And then a swim because someone suggested it would cure all my aches and pains! Which it did all the time I was in the water basically because I was so numb 😅 I actually enjoyed it though and did feel better afterwards for it

Fantastic work Kelly. It’s interesting you mentioned the swim as it’s something more and more of the team are using to boost their training or use whilst struggling with niggles. It’s been particularly useful for Alice whilst she has nursed a sore glute and she’s lost very little fitness despite doing less miles and almost no speedwork. Given your issues adding a swim into the plan would be a very good move in my opinion. So let me know if this is something you would be interested in doing. Glad the Hyrox went well.
