Started off feeling great but was in a lot of pain with my glute and ankles by the end. I’ve been trying to use the massage gun on it today, just keep going at it. Going to double up on the stretches and hope that helps. Just real concerned about Sunday. I can barely run at the moment, it’s so frustrating!

I don’t like your glute and ankles. They are so mean. It’s a bizarre one really as they don’t appear to be giving you any break. I just hope Sunday is ok. I’m not really sure what the solution is to be honest. But you are too young to be battling this long term, so hopefully you can find a remedy.
