A chance to add some extra miles at Marathon Pace. The more you practice the pace the more comfortable it will feel on race dace.

A solid session but not pushing the legs too hard.

😁 Good pace given the conditions/route

PACE

Very windy for this one felt ok with HR, I was a bit tired and needed a drink about half way through but dug in and got it done worked on rpe with the wind behind so was a bit quicker pace, legs wernt to bad while running, they are a little angry this morning when I’m writing this they feel like like they wanna give out when I load them ie going down steps etc. Hopefully paige can shed some light on the situation on Saturday but I think its going to be a bit more than a week before there good again, but all I can do is try and get the sessions done and hope there good come race day.

Pace is so impressive. Great session Steve. Fingers crossed Paige can help. I think we can just keep monitoring them and hoping they don’t get any worse, but we can always adjust if need be. Keep me posted and hopefully the taper before race day will help the situation.
