60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

Really important we keep it easy this week. I’ve put this Wednesday so you can run with the group if you are free πŸ’šπŸ–€

There were some hills on this run, especially the steps up to East Hill. I took them all good and easy and so was panting less than the others when we got to the top. Preserved energy all the way round

Perfect! I do think it would be a smart move to avoid the Wednesday evening run next week though, purely for this reason. Just to do something super easy ahead of London. Well done Conal.
