60 Second Recoveries

Best done in a group!! Keep the RPE down, so you should be able to chat. Don’t forget those strides. They are very important. Enjoy.

👊 Nailed my target

PACE

This was fine, nice to get out of the house for a bit (builders, dust, noise etc.). Legs tight from the weekend as we did a lot of walking and a nice slow 15k trail run. Averaged 5:16/km which seems to be my current comfort “easy pace”, no niggles today, felt OK. Only did 6 strides as I was running out of time, these were fine, didn’t push as hard as I sometimes do as legs still tight/sore but no niggles to report.
