Very enjoyable session. Didn’t go too fast on 8 min rep, which I think allowed me to not completely run out of steam on the final reps. 8 Min was about 8 min/mile pace and then shorter reps were faster, overall pace per watch was 7:24 I think. Very happy with that!

Very good pacing Ben. Might need to tweak those target paces already by the looks of it. I’ll leave them for now, but just be wary you’re probably quicker than what the dashboard is saying. Glad you enjoyed it as well. That’s very important to me.
