A really good session and chance to see if you can push the pace and hit 5k pace or a little under. This will test both your speed and endurance. The challenge is made tougher by slightly shorter recoveries.

Back on the track and a good session for you. 600 metres in 3 mins is a brilliant. So anywhere close to a lap and a half per rep is the target. Don’t worry if you come up a little short. Use that as your motivation. You got this Jodie.

It was a hot one, so that would have made a difference but was clear to see the effort was there and great job on being on or so close to the targets. Keep hitting sessions like this and those gains will follow. Excellent running Jodie, glad you are feeling so much better again.
