If you can put in a similar effort to the hills session last week then that would be amazing. No targets. Run with a smile on your face. There are actually parts of this route it’s beneficial to walk so you can conserve and energy. The two obvious points are the first steep bit out of the woods, and then the top field near the road. Take 30-60 seconds to catch your breath at those points of the route and then kick on. Very best of luck Lou.
