Keep this at an easy pace as the hills are very tough and you want to conserve energy. There will be points where walking is beneficial (first hill out of the woods & the field up towards the main road). So don’t see that as a negative, it’s strategic, saving energy for later in the run. Very best of luck, you’re running well right now so confidence should be high.
