It’s a challenging route, but once you embrace that, there lies the fun. A couple of walk stops is never a failure here, it’s strategic, so coming out the woods, you’ll know when you see the small hill, and perhaps towards the top field near the road, again you’ll know, short walk breaks are smart and will conserve energy.
But to be honest, this is all about participation, what a beautiful place to spend a Tuesday evening, the views are amazing, granted we’ll be working hard at times, but every run comes to an end at some point. This one takes a little longer than most 10ks in truth.
