BRT Wednesday sessions are great and highly recommend them. A good alternative to track or the Tuesday session. Work hard to make gains.

I think it’s a good idea to keep the speed work in this week so the legs are getting a good workout. Perhaps just refrain from going eye balls out.

Pyramid session with 200m recovery in between 400,800,1200,1600,1200,800,400,400 I didn’t feel like I was pushing too hard here. But this became a session on my own! I was hitting the 5:55-6:00 miles and recovery involved. Didn’t feel that overworked but six miles complete .

I do this sometimes with my gang on the track, it’s a good one. Sensible not too push your limits so close to the marathon.
