Cardio – good, Farmers Walk – okay with the additional, gripping the dumbbells looser, so I feel that I working the shoulders and biceps, Clam Shells – good, Side Lunges – good, Quadruped Hip Extension – good, Lunges – okay, Kettlebells – okay, Squats – good, Split Squats. Had to wait for leg press as the gym was busy this morning, I was surprised that I felt comfortable with the additional weight but there was a break of 4-5 minutes from me finishing to using this machine.

That’s really promising regarding the extra weights on the leg press. Again, love the consistency here and no surprise you’ve been able to run with no major injuries for a long time now (touch wood).
