Should include around 4-5 leg exercises. Squats, lunges, calf raises and a hinge exercise are important. Also 2-3 core exercises and both push & pull upper body exercises.

Just the one again after the marathon on Sunday.

Felt pretty tired and a little sore before this session but battled through… no major niggles but my hamstrings felt pretty sore on the deadlifts. Mostly fine though, got through it all without issue.

Given you ran a marathon PB Sunday, it’s a pretty impressive turnaround. Had you not been chasing bigger goals in the next few months you’d obviously have been resting. So it shows the recovery time is quick, another good sign the fitness is there. Great job Sam.
