Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

tilgate pr, due train cancellations. 24:06 = 70.2%. toughish course that I haven’t run in 6 yrs. should have been a little quicker, but work pressure has been higher than usual.

I think as long as the effort is there, we should never be disappointed with our time. The time is always a consequence of the training building up to that day and other factors, like you said, work, that can make a big difference. Sounds like a good solid workout though, so well done Kevin.
