A fast flat course, offering up a good opportunity to run a good time. Try and be consistent with your pace and dig deep in the 2nd half of the race.

If the weather is kind, there’s no reason why you cannot challenge that 60 minute mark again. With that in mind setting off around 9:40 pace and no quicker is a good strategy. Then just see how the race unfolds. If you feel strong at the end, kick on. If the pace does drop a little, don’t panic, just keep working hard and run the best time you can. Very best of luck Mark.
