I used to love going down to the Worthing 10K every year. Always a fast route and well supported with lots of Brighton runners taken part. If the wind is gentle an excellent opportunity for a PB.

You’re running really well right now. Hopefully the wind is kind. This isn’t a boom or bust race though, so just give it your all and see what happens. I’m very excited to see how you get on. You don’t need me to set you any targets here as we both know what is possible. As long as you get the mindset right, pace it well and dig deep in the 2nd half, I’ll be happy whatever the clock says crossing the line. Very best of luck. You got this. 2025 is your year!

Only went and got it, the hard work is paying off. What a great event, well organised, good setup, PB potential course. A bit windy in places but I dug in and kept up the pace as much as possible.

I was down the Old Town in the afternoon watching the drum off, extremely tired from my marathon session and lack of sleep. And the drummers came on and I got a bit emotional in truth 🥺 Partly because of what you’ve just achieved and the trust you’ve put in me to get there. Chichester was a tough one to take, as a runner and a coach, but we stuck with it, and this is the rewards. I’m grateful for your trust and also your effort levels. So well deserved. Your fastest ever 10k, that’s so impressive. I’m made up. Thank you.
