Keep this nice and easy. Focus on good form & efficient running economy.

Freedom to hit some trails and find some hills! Enjoy. We do full short on the training load this week so I’ve added in an extra run next week (60 mins easy & still no back to back runs though) to make up for it.

Beautiful day and felt great, did get a little tired on the last incline but I was nearly 2 hours on. A little longer than planned but it was too nice of a morning not to.

Sounds idyllic. The bonus of the extra 30 mins is you can now have an extra day rest next week (as originally planned). So worked out perfectly. Great running Paul and so nice to hear how much you enjoyed it.
