Session went well. Stopped using weights. And concentrating more on mobility stuff ahead of London. Think it must of been the box jumps that tired my legs or maybe as it was last session of the week

Box jumps can work the quads but are a great exercise for runners. Good to hear he has mixed things up as London approaches. To be honest we want the legs to hurt a little come Wednesday. If we don’t overload then you won’t make those gains during the recovery period. So never be afraid of tired legs. Great work Lindsey.
