A good opportunity to run 10k with half of the session at goal pace. The other half will be around marathon pace. This will build confidence and get you used to running at your goal race pace.

A really good 10k session this one which is still the goal which eludes us, but not for much longer I feel.

It’s not an easy session in truth and you were hitting some decent splits in there. I’d be worried if you found it easy as I’d be questioning your effort. Very pleased from my point of view. Great running Michael.
