Easy parkrun

parkrun @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Always nice to be involved in parkrun but some weeks it’s best to run it easy. Try not to get caught up and run too fast.

Optional. All down to personal preference and whether a shakeout run helps you. But I totally understand if you do want to rest.

Probably the easiest Parkrun I’ve done in a long time. Kept the legs ticking over

Good to hear. I’ve put the same session in for next weeks parkrun as you did when you paced me. Means if you wanted to pace 20 mins that day it will be fine. I might well join you again.
