Classic session. Super simple. The end result being you have a better understanding of your current time for a 5K. Work hard and ideally finish each rep a few seconds quicker than your current 5k pace.

Decent session in the park on Tuesday evening. As I said previously now the goals have changed, in this block there’s just no need to smashing out these sessions!! Just be consistent, run strong, hit some decent splits and avoid ruining yourself. With the 5k PB and half marathon PB banked, now it’s time to be smart.
