Running with others can reduce perceived effort so parkrun is a good option as an alternative speed session. 10 mins easy WU & CD please.

4 fast parkruns in this plan. But it can always be more, just keep an eye on the weather I guess. Although the worse the weather, the higher you are likely to finish 🤔

Slower than usual with the double buggy but effort and load felt the same! Fayth needed to get something done this morning so I needed to take them.

Pretty impressive still. I thought it was your quickest with the buggy and gave you a shout out on my vlog. Still well ahead of me, albeit I started slowly. As you say, good to get the same effort level in. Well done Fin.
