Was this the HYROX session? A little concerned it was the same day as the parkrun, but I noticed not a great deal of actual running involved. Feels like a 150 training load to me, but we just need to be careful if adding this in, we don’t suddenly start doing too much as that’s when injuries will occur. Let me know what the plan is regarding these and I can tweak the schedule accordingly.
