80 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Try and keep it easy. It all depends on your current level. If slowly adding time to your long run the last 10-20 mins might be tough. Focus on good form.

No run is truly “easy” even when you have the fitness to run a marathon. But it’s just the term used to compare effort level in these runs and the intervals. So don’t worry if it feels tough. I spent a lot of my time on my easy runs just checking in on my form.
