A really good session where you can work on your speed and form. Important that you are going quicker than your current 5k pace to make gains.

We should all be doing the same session this week and this is one of my favourites.

Found it tough, but enjoyed this session. The beautiful sunshine helped. 200m x 8 total target time, 7m 20s achieved 7m 19s, stride length 1.22m very happy with that. 400m x 8 total target time 16m 24s achieved 16m 1s , again happy. Stride length 1.09m All in all a good session thank you,

I’m glad you found it tough, but also enjoyed it. That’s the perfect combination and suggests we are working at the right level. As I found myself it’s very difficult to make much gains on the 200 in terms of target times, but you did a great job coming in a few seconds under per 400. Shows you are still running very well. Some decent stride length stats there too. Excellent job Sue.
