Sometimes it can be good to reduce the impact and get the heart rate up with some cross training. Plus spin classes can be great fun.

If last week went ok in terms of the training load then let’s stick with it for a couple more weeks. Then hopefully after that the glute will feel better to push on.

Found a virtual class to get to this morning. So tough as I was the only one there! Still got a decent sweat on though! Very much looking forward to getting back to efforts!

Sorry to hear it wasn’t as much fun on this occasion but good to put the effort in. I have a lot of ideas everyday, and probably 1 in 100 comes to something, but the thought of a Team Orange spin class is lingering in the back of my head 🤔 🍊
