60 Mins Easy (Hills)

60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-5)

60 mins on the flat is quite different to 60 mins on the hills. So it’s important to differentiate between the two and if you do a hilly easy run, to account for that extra training load and how it might impact the rest of your week.

The slight tweak now means you can smash out as many hills as you like. Trails come into play as well which I’m sure you are very excited about.

Wasn’t this the Wednesday run? Great route and no-one cares we were back late (I think). I certainly don’t. To get that much trail in 60 mins from Horntye was pretty epic. Thanks for leading 🖤💚
