Always a good session to work on flexibility and strength.

To be honest (talking about the hip again) I have to stretch for 10-15 mins every day. I do it just before I go to bed. If I didn’t do that I wouldn’t be able to run due to back and hip issues. So perhaps something you might want to consider, happy to share some stretches with you.
