I cd not do easy run today but have timetabled it back to the original slot, along with strides, on Tuesday as I can do it in the evening, having cleared with fam. So I was free to do S&C today. I did weights at home this morning and have just finished all my other exs. No problems/niggles. Thanks coach for supporting me through a tricky time, I have taken a lot of encouragement from your positive words.
