I’m being careful in the first 4 weeks of this plan, the biggest mistake is doing too much too soon, so trust the process, keep it simple and in no time you’ll be smashing out a lot more miles.

Did a nice easy parkrun, took about 37 mins so I was a bit over on time but enjoyed it!
