60 mins round the roads. I’m feeling a bit battered and brushed after an osteopath and a treatment from Alicia so kept it nice and easy. Recently got into audiobook so looking forward to using those more as distraction when running

I did try the audiobooks but couldn’t focus on what they were saying and my mind kept wandering. Podcasts do work for me though. But it’s nice to have that time free for ourselves to do things like that. From my experience finding a spare hour to listen to podcasts or audiobooks is impossible, and I don’t have a little one tearing around to worry about. Glad this went ok despite being beaten up by the experts 😂
