BRT Wednesday sessions are great and highly recommend them. A good alternative to track or the Tuesday session. Work hard to make gains.

No need to go 100% but permission to put in a solid effort here. A reminder to yourself how well you are running.

This was a hard session 1k repeats with 500 metres recovery, just over 7 miles done. Keeping the 1k under six minute milling!

That is tough but this is week we wanted to push hard again and at least maintain your fitness, so really pleased at this. Good to hit that target pace as well. Excellent work Jack.
