Exercising in a group can be more fun. Don’t be afraid to ask for help if unsure on any of the drills and exercise routines.

Always switch up for Pilates if you feel that will help you more. Especially with the hip causing you issues.

ASPT & Pilates this week – concentrating on both the stretching and strengthening! Got a new Pilates group which is much cheaper and a bit more challenging – in a good way. Plus it’s near my home. Win win!
