60 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 2-3)

Keep the effort level to around 3 or 4 on the RPE scale. Focus on good form and don’t get lazy. Often the best run of the week 😁

If you sat this one out you could do 90 mins on Sunday. But we don’t want to be doing anymore. Time to ease back.

Enjoyable run with the Monday friends. Even the pace was high it was a chatty comfortable run. 2 of them are doing london aswell.
