Easy parkrun

parkrun @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

Always nice to be involved in parkrun but some weeks it’s best to run it easy. Try not to get caught up and run too fast.

Pacers day. 25 or 26 would be ideal. I’m not pacing so won’t steal that number this time.

Picked the 26 pacer’s vest and was only 11 seconds too fast at finish. helped a few to beat 26, and foot felt OK immediately after – just slight pain around lunchtime. May not run the 5k on Weds, but will be there…
