Classic session. Super simple. The end result being you have a better understanding of your current time for a 5K. Work hard and ideally finish each rep a few seconds quicker than your current 5k pace.

How’s it going Zen? Can I get you along to one of the group sessions this week. I’ll be at track Monday at 6:15pm, Tuesday at 10am and then we’ll be in the park at 6:15pm Tuesday evening.

If running Solo, this is a good session, but the groups are so much more fun. Everyone is lovely and you won’t be the slowest by any means.
