The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Hills will push that RPE too high.

Very light week with the relays. Using it as your first recovery week in this plan then we kick on next week.

Nice run out along the link road path, very humid out there but was nice as I don’t go that way much and there’s no roads to cross. Legs feel OK they ate a bit on the heavy side but to be expected with the new strength routeen they will soon get used to it.
