Focus on good form. Keep the recoveries to 60 secs and let me know once any exercise feels comfortable.

Consistent, simple routines are the ones delivering the best results. So don’t let social media tell you otherwise. I think a lot full into that trap but what you are doing now seems to be working.

It was a bit late in the day with travelling home but I did manage to get a home workout in about 30 mins or so. Didn’t do anything too heavy as was wary of keeping the legs fresh for Wednesday
