A flat would be wise the day after a race to keep it super easy.

A nice gentle flat Bimble with a few of the girls and Jamie trying to behave himself. A good chat and debrief on last night’s race which we all seemed to enjoy. All good with no problems to report 👍

Yes please keep Jamie in check but sounds like he’s quite happy with his knee at the moment which is such a relief. I said to Klare, the fact you’re all able to easily smash out 60 mins the day after a tough race is credit to your fitness and speed of recovery. Well done Andy.
