I’ve left spin out this week because it pushes you over the limit in terms of training load. We want to save the legs for the weekend challenge.

This was fine enough-although kind of felt like I had never run before. Just have a lot on at the moment as I have a play opening at Brighton fringe the weekend before the race. Do today I got up and did this before 4 hour rehearsal.
