45 Mins @ Easy Pace (RPE: 3)

The only real mistake you can make here is going too fast. Try and pick a flat route as well. Hills will push that RPE too high.

Bit of a tricky one this week. Monday is an option for this if you wanted more rest before the race but wary that would be 3 days on the spin, albeit pretty low volume. Just keep it super easy with Wednesday in mind.

Well it wasn’t pretty but it got done legs were rather heavy for this but no supprise after this mornings work outs. Plus 3 days on the bounce training. Nice to get this done thou so I can have tomorrow off. Hopefully the legs will be OK to have a proper go at Wednesdays 5k.

Yeah the Wednesday race does throw a little spanner in the works, as does long run Saturday in truth. Same issues for me, just one of those weeks. If Fin is your main rival Wednesday might just be a case of tucking in with him and getting the W rather than going crazy for a quick time. Well done though Steve. Good to have a day rest now before the 5k.
